Increase magic chest range to fit complete flame altar area

I am pretty pleased with magic chests and how they make it possible to craft and fill workshops from anywhere in your base. - except when they don't.
Please make their contents available in the whole construction are of the flame altar they are build in.
e.g. at lvl4 altar contents of a magic chest build at one side of the base can not be used at the opposite side...
