  When accessing the map our Steam name is shown. Can we get the option to make this show player names instead to make it easier to tell who is who? Or an option to hide/anonymize the names?

  When I play co-op with my friend my name isn't even my steam name. It is the nickname my friend has for me on his end.

  Can we have this? I mean: you normally chose a character name for a reason. Showing the steam name (or only the steam name) does not really make sense for me, if you are playing with your community or friends.

  Or at least have there be an option in the settings. Seeing your friends' characters with their Steam id over their heads just looks kind of weird. Showing the actual character's names would look SO MUCH better.

  We name characters so that we can identify them and keep them unique. It breaks immersion to see "TimmySlayer1234" Steam name on the character that you'd really like to just know as Kelly.

  I don't know how but my literal real life ID is showing when I am playing with my friend. Instead of my selected character name or even steam ID. Anything other than that would work.

  This is a REAL problem for content creation. Many ppl don't want their actual steam name put out there. Some ppl don't even like it showing up on community servers in game.
