Would be great if we could compare gear that we are picking up with what we have on

Please have a mouseover flyout for any wearable inventory item showing its stats plus what your toon has equipped currently in that slot... Make this work for backpack and chests please.

A tooltip of some sort to compare current gear (or at least stat +/- indicators) with an unequipped item. Having to go into inventory to check or swap things back and forth feels tedious.

The ability to compare in the "character" screen is okay, but its not convenient at all when trying to judge what you currently have (especially when running around with full inventories in less than safe places). The mouse over side by side similar to other games makes this action far more enjoyable for a game with randomized loot like this game.

Being able to compare gear when crafting would also be pretty useful instead of going back and forth to check if what you have on is better/worse than what you want to craft

It would be nice to be able to compare equipment with what you have equiped without having to navigate to the character tab. Even when you are on that tab you have to click back and forth to compare each piece to compare the stats.

This is a good suggestion. Show base and max after enhancement too. I have wasted runes just to see if the 18 level Epic arsonists bow is better than a 16 level legendary tarred bow.

I would also say not only just your own gear but also gear of other players like an option to inspect their character, that way we can give them better gear with less hassle
