Yes. I love displaying armor and weapons. One of my favorite things about Skyrim and the home DLC. Same with Valheim and Portal Knights.

Add in mannequins as a craftable item to place in your base to setup gear onto, allowing you to visualize gear you have crafted/looted.

we have trophies for the bosses we have killed, it would be nice to have a hallway displaying all the armor sets we have acquire/made on armor stands. being able to "fast swap" what we are wearing with what is on the stand would be BONUS

Maybe I haven’t made it far enough , but add a feature to craft item stands, to hang out favorite weapons on the walls and stands for our armors and gear to decorate our bases

Wall decorations made from outgrown legendary weapons would be nice addition to houses. Otherwise they either get broken down or stashed in a chest - but better on walls. Thanks. It should not take away from ability to use that weapon again.

So far the game's armor styles and customizations are very detailed and I love it! However, I love some of the other armor types more than the "Class" I'm playing. For Ex. I'm playing a battle-mage, but I like the armor looks of the "Ranger Class" more. There should be an option to add armor in either a cosmetic slot, or even make purely just cosmetic armor types that are cheaper to make and offer no armor values and buffs for the player to "Layer" on top of the real deal.

Armour Stands would be amazing ! Also having Armour set stand , something that holds your armour set with rings and wepons in one. So you can make ranger , wizard, mele sets without having to look for gear in chests...... plus it would look cool ;)

I would like to see this as well. Building out a specific character type is nice, but limits the armor we actually have use for.

Being able to display all the beautiful armors and special weapons found would be amazing!

I have been filling chests with armor pieces trying to collect all sets, and would love to have an armory where I can view them in all their glory!

Yes this should be easy! Give us a plaque or mount to place weapons for example on the wall. There are some awesome-looking items in the game it would be a nice addition to showcase these items as decoration in our homes! A second addition to this would be an armor stand for sure. There are plenty and I have collected a few sets but they just sit in a chest...

This would help so much for storage! I have multiple chests full of armor sets that are below my level now but I want to keep because I’m a collector. Would be awesome if I could save the storage space and just show off the armor.

This game definitely need armor and weapons stands !!! There is lots of nice piece of armor and weapon desing, some one spend lot of time on it and why this nice things lie in chests ?? I don´t get it why is in game lots of dishes, trophy displays and no way of display wapons and armors set :p. :)

Adding buildable defense items that would belong in an armory or training yard! I have been disappointed that I cannot build an armory in my castle with things like:
- weapon racks
- shields that hang on the wall
- armor stands (with and without an armor set on them...best as an armor stand and you can put armor you find or craft onto it as a display stand!)
- perhaps shelving filled with weapons/shields/armor bits

And then expand this to the training yard where you can place things like:
- training dummies
- archery targets
- perhaps a boxing/fighting ring/pit

I know some of these items already exist because I see them in ruined villages and castles. So surely it wouldn't be much extra work to enable us to craft and place them too?

We need this im just storing some armor that i find and now its filling up my storage, i just need a way to get it placed down as a decoration or something. Ive been searching in the game for how to make one but apparently it hasn't been added, please upvote this.

Valheim cleverly does this with display items. You place the display item on a surface or wall then you interact with the item and it asks you what item you want to put on it. Then you select it and it sticks to the stand. The stands can be very small objects so the item you place on them covers them up entirely.

Perhaps some DLC (which I'd even pay for) to add a lot of extras - armor stands, weapon racks, decor, more blocks, plants for decor indoors, etc etc etc - to the game. I'm more of a builder though I love the combat and exploration of the game as well. DLC would make it an option people could get if they want without cluttering the game for those who don't want.

Moar props! Please let us add more than just boxes and crates, more fences, kegs, pots and pans, the kettle we can place anywhere and so on. Tools we can place on the wall, against the wall, more tools like a broom. Plants were mentioned in another post/pinned thread but being able to add more plants, especially ivy or hanging plants to various planters, a trellis, better/more landscaping options, actual paintings and/or in-game screenshots we can choose to be in a certain painting frame for our bases, more wall hangings, actual curtains please, tablecloths, bed linens, quilts for the higher level beds, pillows. Lastly, for now, a much better rake to make the terrain FLAT or even better the ability to change, raise, flatten terrain, even use the in-game terrain itself to landscape. More undo option stages, or the ability to reset game built in buildings like in the towns. And the option to change the color of things that make sense to be able to change the color of.

Being able to mount unique named weapons like Fenrig's Axe, Jezmina's Apotheosis, Lupa's Scalper and of course The Wailing Blade would look nice being displayed rather than stored away in chests. Either that or have some way to upgrade the weapons further so they can continue to be used when you outlevel them. (I really didn't want to salvage any of the named weapons for runes)

I would also love to be able to have armor stands for my completed sets. Not even Mannequins, just the classic roman style armor stand to display the set pieces.

Would also be cool if you have the option of resting your weapon against something. So this would work like how it does with placeing stuff like fences and scaffolding except with rotation in the y and z axis as well. That way you could lean a weapon against a table or place it on top. You could technically even make a throne out of weapons ;).

I've always thought being forced to delete old armor or make a dozen storage boxes to pack them all away was a waste. This would at least make for a nice display of them, and would help to sort them out as well.

We have all this dope armor sets and weapons but absolutely no way to display them. They're just sitting in chests collecting dust in an attic. I would absolutely love to build a trophy room in my base to show off all the cool stuff I found!

Weapon racks such as a katana-style sword display. We'd place down the sword of our choosing. So it would be both storage and decor.

Or a shield with two swords crossing it (so we can store the shield and two swords of our choosing) that is mounted on the wall.

Bows mounted on walls.

Individually placing down swords and daggers. My assassin would definitely sleep with a dagger under his pillow.

Arrow quivers with arrows as a furniture item that is also an arrow storage "chest".

Placing down shoes anywhere. Let me place them by the front door of my house. Or line them on shelves if I want to build a shoe shop.

A pair of shoes being placed as a furniture item would be fantastic.

Casualwear would be a huge thing with the new vanity system, and I would love to have a pair of slippers by the bed.
Or shoes by the front door.

These small things take the game from "I built something" to "This is my HOME."
