Magic/Staff Suggestion
The way staves and magic function it would improve the magic user experience if the spell charges were removed and just used mana. Requiring both charges and mana is just cumbersome and switching spells cause you ran out of charges is just tedious in combat. Maybe staves could have a spell imbued in them and then use mana to cast so you just use the spell staff you want to use if you have mana left to cast it. As it currently feels, magic in combat is not enjoyable.

Eyen MergedEliminate the restrictions of spells and elements per weapon either great staffs or wands. Instead of that if you want you could opt for a buffing system in which depending on the wand you have (fire wand, lightning, ice and hopefully many other elements more). For example if you have a fire wand then you do more damage the FIRE spells, right? On the other hand I mean no disrespect to anyone honestly I think your game has the potential to be no goty GOAT because I think the work you did is great and I really feel very happy with what you showed. BUT mother of god storing the spells in the inventory instead of learning them ? seriously?. And last but not least the mana system the game has is terrible in terms of progression. I never use the big staff because in terms of dps I cast 2 or 3 spells and I run out of mana pf (I use it just to heal myself XD). For the rest good game this has a greate future I think.

Keith Berryor just let the spell attach to the staff so you can have a heal staff and a fireball staff....
