Launch Game in High Priority Mode

Currently the game launches in below normal power mode, which randomly makes the frame rate go down to around 20 (from 125+) and only goes away when opening task manager and setting the game to High priority mode.

This Issue occurs on build verson 602428 on Windows 11 with a Ryzen 7800x3D CPU and an RTX 4070 Super. All drivers are up to date.
