More weather server config options / settings
Right now the server config file is limited to just frequency of the weather. We need more options. (Also the frequency doesn't seem to make much of a difference from what I can tell)
I propose adding the following options.
Intensity: How server is the weather phenomena. We can start with simple options like, Light, Moderate, Extreme, and Dangerous.
Duration: In minutes like the day/night cycle. Minimum 1 to Maximum of say 15?
an additional setting down the road, it would be nice to customize weather by type. E.g. have these settings for each weather phenomena so we can get really granular on things. My biggest complaint right now is the duration. I want the snow storms to last a lot longer. Building a base in the mountains and the visuals for snow are outstanding. Would love to see them last longer than it takes for me to start up a stream to show some one and oh wait its gone. So let us change how long they run for at the very leat.

Fluffy MergedI love all the new weather but it would be great if we could tweak the frequency and length of different weather events, for example, I love the rain so I would love the ability to make it rain 50% of the time.

Raven MergedGame feels like it hardly gets rain. I have the setting set to "Often", but it feels like it never rains.

Can we get a "Constant Storm" for those who prefer such? Since there's a "No Weather" option, it's only fair we get a "Constant Weather" option. -
