restore the old trajectory of the sun
Hello, would it be possible for you to restore the old sun trajectory?
I'm probably not the only person who built their base in "correlation" with the sun - i.e. so that the light falls on it as best as possible. Unfortunately, my base is in the mountains and with the new update, there is almost no light in my village. For this reason, I would ask (and I think not only me) to bring back the "old sun".
Please take this change into consideration!!!

MundaneDewI personally see one problem here: a lot of us use the starter ground from the first base quest for the majority, if not the whole game, and the mountain cast a shadow on the area for good chunk of the day. I really like the new trajectory, even if it still messes with my navigation sometimes lol
So as a compromise: Maybe it's possible to add this as a separate option in the settings like "legacy sun trajectory" or something. -

Lucid DreamI am in the same boat. My main base was built with light in mind with hundreds of windows facing where the sun used to be and skylights. Now my base is in shadow the whole day. For some bases dark and moody is great, for others not so much. An option for a legacy trajectory would be so helpful.

KRogersSun setting in the east is just weird. It messes with navigation (as mentioned before), time sense (is it morning or evening)...
I get that maybe this is supposed to be a different place on a different planet, but it would be far more immersive if it matched what we expect as Earth dwellers.
