More intense rain effect.

I would love to see a more intense rain effect. I personally feel that the rain is very underwhelming.

I would like this as well.
I think it would be really cool to have violent thunder-storms and have added storm sound effects.

Agreed, it's just mild-looking rain. Needs additional weather effects like visibility reduction, sky/cloud effects, increased debris particles (+ wind effects). There's also room for gameplay effects e.g. heavy wind could impact movement direction.
