Weapons, Shields, Glider, Torch, Backpack Appearance Cosmetic Slots

This is similar to another post, but this one's a bit more elaborate. I believe we should have cosmetic slots for shields, gliders, weapons, torches, and backpacks, (I know right now we can't see backpacks but maybe that should be implemented too?) and anything else that you equip but cannot currently customize cosmetically.

This would resolve the issue where people are sad that going into lower areas on a higher level character is essentially pointless because the loots all lower level. Additionally, you could add cosmetics to dungeons in addition to blocks which would help with that issue, too.

I am always dismayed when I find a really cool looking weapon and I can't use it because it's too low level.
