Outline ALL distance levels when placing the flame altar

When moving around a flame altar to place, it would behoove us to be able to see each distance marked in a different color, eg: 40x40x40 is yellow, 80x80x80 is bright blue, etc. This will help people plan the altar's placement. :)

MakoDefinitely want this. Measuring radius and farting around with placement and burning through upgrade materials is combersome and frustrating. Conversely, being able to just pick up an upgraded flame alter and move it around would be helpful as well.
