Taming dragons
It would be nice if you could tame dragons and use them as mounts

Ramanthey are not dragons however I really like the idea of flying mount (considering how boring and clunky gliders are)

ZyrannaOk so I have a lot to expand on this concept.
So I heard somewhere that in the lore the fel dragon youngling is the last dragon alive. What if by alive they meant hatched? I would love for if later in the game or through out different progression points in the game (like unlocked flame levels) we could find and then use the flame to purify and awaken one of the remaining dragon eggs in existence. After all there are few flame adjacent things cooler than a dragon. You claim the egg in a dungeon, purify it on one flame level, hatch it on another flame level, and it gets develop further on further levels until at some point in the game it can (maybe) be more usable than just another pet wandering the base.
In addition I just want to mention a concept that my DM came up with for dragons just as a tad bit of inspiration. In her lore the reason dragons have hoards is because the gold serves as a conductor of magical energies from any magic items in the hoard to empower the dragon. -

Vinícius MergedThe world of Enshrouded becomes home to respawning Ancient Dragons, each tied to a specific elemental power and a defined region of the map. These dragons are naturally hostile and serve as recurring high-risk encounters that keep the world dangerous and alive. When confronting a dragon, the player must choose to kill or tame it.
Killing a dragon rewards rare materials used to craft elemental weapons and armor.
Taming requires ongoing investment in food and shelter, unlocking limited aerial mounting and unique abilities. To preserve balance and meaningful decision-making, the player may maintain a bond with only one dragon at a time; taming a new dragon requires breaking the existing bond.
This system adds strategic choice, vertical exploration, and long-term progression while remaining fully coherent with Enshrouded’s combat, crafting, and survival-focused design. -
