Blood splatter/stains

I just realized there's no blood in this game.
It would be cool if we could get (or could toggle) blood stains on armour and blood splatter on the environment.
I feel like it would add a bit more immersion to the combat (and imagine it would look pretty cool if we got, say, glowing fungus blood on us while fighting enshrouded enemies)
