Animals moving radius like what npcs have
Please add the same function like the NPCs for the animals, so that you can set their moving radius also to zero if you want to.

PaulJAgreed. Also, animals currently can't be summoned, so if one of your sheep randomly wanders off you won't be able to easily retrieve it. I feel like at night if an animal can't pathfind back to their bed they should just be teleported to it. Cats especially seem to manage to wonder into random nooks.
If they can be tied to the summoning staff like NPCs then that will solve op's issue as well since the range limit is set via the summoning staff. I guess the only problem left is trying to figure out which sheep of the 10 you have is the one you want to change. -

AmythystThat yellow lab dog, I swear. Out of every animal in the game, he drives me the most nuts. It's like he goes out of his way to get stuck on stairs, in between furniture, wherever his paws will take him! We've tried moving his bed, moving his food bowl, moving furniture away from walls, pushing furniture right up against the wall, filling any blank gaps in stairs in -- it doesn't matter. If he can get stuck on something, he will.
Animals teleporting to their beds at night would fix so many animal issues, because it would essentially "reset" the animal and pull them out of any sticky situations they've found themselves in. But I do love the idea of a movement radius restriction, as well. We put one of the dogs in the hunter's house, as her hunting dog, yet he will wander across the map away from her house. I'd love to be able to restrict animals to the house that they "belong" to. -

Deepdiver9325NPC radius still doesn’t really work because even the 5 meter limit still seems to allow too much wandering around. For that reason I feel that player assigned animal radiuses won’t solve many problems when it comes to managing and keeping our animals corralled. I agree with the idea of animals respawning in their beds but then they would need to be assigned with a staff as well. No matter how solid or how high I build animal pens I find yaks popping up in my goat pens and fae deer wandering around outside of their pens. Between managing crops for food ingredients, building their environments, restocking food bowls and constantly picking them back up it’s too much micromanagement. Consider setting a default radius to one meter from any placed animal bed. That way players can enforce segregation by placing beds within the confines of breed specific corrals and barns.
