Add Gem Slot in Shields

As suggested in the title it would be nice to be able to further improve your shields by adding buffs related to them. Like increasing parry, block, HP or armor. Even more so I as a warrior class would love to be able to have a "Gem of Light" attached to the shield which would provide me with a passive light to "replace" the torch. Making it easier for me to navigate trough the dark places or night time in general.
