Place all resources down for deco w/ or w/out item stand
There are so many amazing resources. Let us use them all in deco by preferably, sitting them down like candles and plates, or at least using a generic item stand that can hold all kinds of resources.

Kuris-Ch4nThat's right, it would be great to have a storage area for wooden stacks or ores, or to be able to store the metal bars (individual bars like in Skyrim) in a pyramid shape on shelves.

Although personally, I'd rather be able to place all items without needing item stands. Using an item stand for weapons leaves the mount sticking out, which isn't very nice to look at. Similarly, using plates or coasters for consumables can be pretty frustrating because I often have issues with "no free space" or I'll be unable to interact with the item stand at all.
I just think being able to place items directly on surfaces would make decorating more enjoyable.
