Bi-language option

I understand the game may not have many resources to do local and good translation of all context, but instead of waiting someone may or maynot do a bi-language mod, would it be possible if official allow to choose, for instance one language + english language, two languages appear at the same time in game? At least give players whom mother language is not English to have a better understanding of the side stories and the game stories
