Hot springs? Heating water with effects?

Hello,
I'm back after a long break because of the water update, which I think is awesome from what I've seen so far, but it'll take me a while to get there.
However, it would be nice if the water could also be heated in the future and steam could be generated.
Then it would be great to build thermal springs and Japanese baths where the hot springs are, which could look really good. :)
