Show Water Areas Clearly on the Map
With the recent update adding water, it would be very helpful if bodies of water appeared with a distinct color or visual indicator on the world map. Right now, it can be difficult to locate lakes, rivers, and other water features unless you physically travel to them. Since water is now a meaningful resource and terrain element, having it clearly marked would improve exploration and planning.
Why this would help:
Makes it easier to find good base locations near water.
Improves navigation when traveling between regions.
Helps players identify new areas introduced by updates.
Keeps the map consistent with how other terrain features are represented.
Even a simple tinted overlay or subtle blue shading would make a big difference.

Someone MergedWith water now being a thing, i wonder if we could get a small map update that adds some rivers and streams to various areas of the map, just to add that final touch of natural beauty to the map? Woudnt even have to be big rivers to be honest, small water streams here and there would already do a lot for the beauty of the landscape.

Ora MergedSo far, the map has shroud and red shroud (both the temporarily too strong one and "lava") clearly colour-coded. The rest of the map only shows elevation, all in grey. But now that we have water, could you please colour the actual water on the map in a blue sufficiently different from the Shroud colour? It would help us find the nearest place to go fishing or swimming, let us know clearly where a big body of water ends (the corners of Lake Heartblood are a mess like this, for example), and it would make the map look prettier! 3 in 1. :)
