Frogs and Fish placement in player created water sources?

Now that you out did yourselves with Water release. Just amazing. Would it be doable to create water creatures, already in game, such as frogs and fish, so we could place in player-built water sources? Be really cool to place frogs by pond and some fish in it. Same with fireflies around it.
