Allow upgrading Unique weapons to the current level

I saw that they added the ability to craft Unique weapons (like Jasmine's Apotheosis and the Dragonwing Bow) so they're more in line with the current level. But they're only crafted in Blue quality.
Could we add the ability to upgrade our Legendary weapons to the current level?
Perhaps something like this:
1. We have an old Unique weapon.
2. To upgrade it, we need to fully upgrade it to the maximum level.
3. The ability to rebuild the weapon for a higher level, requiring more Legendary Runes, Gold, and other resources.
