Replace Spark Collection with Shrine Activation

Instead of collecting sparks to upgrade the flame, you should have to activate the flame shrines.
Once possible mechanic is that, once a shrine is activated, that portion of the map becomes visible around the shrine. Once all shrines are activated, the entire map in that region is visible.
