Allow Villagers Cloth Setup / dressing up or changing NPC outfits

Make it, so we can give Villagers any of the Cosmetic Clothes for them to wear.
Right now Gunther Galeforth looks like wearing the same clothes like Rochelle Anders. The latter is a Blacksmith, it would be cool if we can select Cosmetic Clothes to give to the Villager NPCs to change the way they look like. It be cool if we could do that also for the Assistants and maybe Craftspeople, but for the Craftspeople we would need to be able to craft their Armors as well.
