Veilwater-tier armor should provide oxygen time instead of wet time reduction.
As it stands, each piece of Veilwater armor gives a reduction to the wet timer. I believe this is problematic for 2 reasons:
1. There are Veilwater gems, armor pieces, and entire character builds that center around being wet. Reducing the time one is wet is more of a debilitation than a buff.
2. The simple torch lets you rid yourself of wetness in about 10 seconds, eliminating the need for this entirely.
If each armor piece would give maybe 5 seconds of oxygen time, perhaps 10 seconds on chest pieces, I think this would be far more thematic and reduce the reliance on oxygen food to explore (which is also problematic due to the nature of not having any way to remove food buffs, but that is for a separate suggestion).
