Separate Foliage option in settings

We currently have one Foliage setting in the setting menu that turns off ALL foliage, INCLUDING stuff you put on with the overgrowth tool.
My suggestion: We have a separate setting that allows us to have the foliage for overgrowth tool on while the foliage in landscaping can be set to something different. IE: I have no foliage for the world to see crafting material easier but I would like to see my vines and creeping vines on the buildings.
