sea serpent/leviathan Veilwater boss

Hi, I found the lack of a boss at the end of Veilwater Basin a bit disappointing. I would love to see a boss in the style of a Fell Dragon Youngling or Fell Wispwyvern, but in a sea serpent style, at the far west end of Stillwater Bay, in place of the Fell Monstrosity that's currently there. Imagine a sea serpent emerging from the deadly shroud around the arena, like the Snapjaws, and throwing shroud meteors at the players.
