Dive headfirst into water from any height

Hey! I'm noticing there is a gated limit on how high you can be up before you cannot dive into water, you just fall. Not sure if it's possible, but can we make it so we can dive from any height, as long as the character is directly above water? Or jumping off of a ledge directly above water, whatever is easier.
