New Survivor: The Trader (an NPC that allows you to transfer items between flame altars)

Trader survivor. Would enable trade between bases, as in instead of moving all my magic boxes between bases just to have to stuff in them, the Trader enables a "Linked" magic box system where I can draw resources from a town halfway across the map to rebuild or produce items. This could be part of a "fix roads etc". Routes linked between bases with the Trader can be fixed up
