Add a camping altar

Alongside the permanent build flame altars, it would be great for each player to have the capacity to build a camping altar. This could be of a limited size (level 1 only) and perhaps even of limited storage, so that it could be used for exploration. I know that you can carry a flame altar around with you already but for we players who love to build bases it is such a temptation to use up all the altars and then not have one to travel with....
