Rings lighting in the shroud shouldn't blind you

I have a few rings that generate light, which is nice. However whenever I go into the shroud I can't see where I'm going at all. When I'm flying in the mountain summits I can't see at all. The light should enhance visibility not the light reflects off the bloom of the shroud and the frostbite area too much and creates a light bubble 2 feet in front of me like I'm staring into headlights. I have to take the rings off when I go traveling anywhere, which stinks cus the effects are really good for my build. Either remove the light effect entirely or reduce it so I have more visibility. I'm okay with the visibility being obscured by the shroud, but not by the high beam headlights of the glowing ring reflecting off the shroud fog.
