Option to remove RnG-Loot entirely

The more the updates try to flesh out the armor sets and weapon perks and all of that, the more I notice how much I dislike the rng loot chest system it's all tied to, especially since the chests can't even be abused anymore. It's just not fun. There should be an option to have fixed loot or a way to bypass the rng using crafting or merchants or whatnot. Having to run the same chests over and over again, waiting half an hour or what the timer is in between, just to get some items you don't want or don't need.
If the game is like "hey, greatswords are different now", then I want a surefire way to get a viable greatsword for my level somehow and not hoping that the chest gives me one, because it doesn't.
