Give Lore Items innate gems

The lore weapons are pretty much always outclassed by random enemy or chest drops up until the final few lore items that are max level. And even those last few arent special, they arent any better than any other max level weapon. Additionally, the gem system is heavily under utilized, most gems are borderline useless if you dont power level them. they might as well not exist for the first 20 player levels. The only useful early access gems are burning/bleeding/piercing gem and even then they are very low impact. The first decent gem is the summon skull gem that drops in the hollow halls, but you need to be much higher level to reasonably obtain this gem despite being technically available in the springlands.

These 2 issues can both be remedied by allowing lore items to have high level gems already socketed. The dragon sword? That has a whole shrine and lore page? It is worse than a drop I can get from any random silver chest only 400 meters away. But if it came with an innate lvl 30 burning gem, it would be better and more unique. This wont cause any issue with socketing a new gem if you ensure removing the innate gem would work just fine. The great sword of the Guard of the north? nothing puts it above the other max level great swords, why not give it a max level gem to accompany it? Actually reward the player for reaching the castle and claiming the sword, add more to the worldbuilding with what gem you socket. Was the fabled guard of the north using the current gem? the lycanthropy gem? Bloodlust?

Just let lore items actually have purpose.
