Elemental damage adding status effects
Elemental damage adding secondary status effects to make them more interesting:
Fire: either (like in other games) adding a damage-over-time-effect that may stack or maybe being just a debuff, that increases further fire damage
Ice: already has a slow effect, hence adding effects to other elements makes them more interesting.
Shock: Increased stun damage with further applications.
Poison: Pure DoT, higher damage than fire against living enemies.
Shroud: no effect against Fell, a kind of confusing effect or decreasing accuracy against other enemies.
