Native Linux Client

A native Linux version of Enshrouded would mean a lot to a growing part of the PC gaming community. While Proton already does an impressive job, having a proper Linux client would provide better stability, smoother performance, and fewer compatibility issues — especially for Steam Deck users and players who rely on Linux as their main platform.

Linux players are often some of the most dedicated when it comes to hosting servers, creating mods, and supporting games long-term. A native build would show that Enshrouded fully embraces the PC ecosystem and values every part of its community, while also helping the game reach even more players in the future.
