Change sieve animation

Current mining sieve animation just isn't fun. I can't see tool on my hand, you just trust your hand in the direction of the ore. I love mining in this game but underwater mining takes all the the fun out of it.
Add some visual tool or maybe just let us upgrade pickaxe to work underwater.
