In world ping visible to other players

Please add an in world Pin/Ping that other players in the server can see in game and not just in map. For instance, If I'm talking in proximity, or separate app chat, I would love to be able to ping the environment element, item, direction I'm discussing so other players can also see it in game. The best implementation I have found of this is in Arc Raiders. If I'm talking to others near me I can pin anything around me and other players will see my pin. This is especially needed when planing a raid or traveling to a destination in enshrouded. Also, it would really help when generally discussing strategy while taking our mobs. Please, Please, Please let us be able to pin the environment in game!
