ACTION BAR SHOULD BE EXCLUDED FROM XFER to STORAGE

When purposefully Xfer loot from bpack to storage, the R key is used, and milliseconds later, THE ACTION BARS ARE ALSO TRANSFERRED!
Knowing that ACTION BARS - in all cases - are special and should not be altered in any way without special consideration by the player alone, it would serve the game well to assign a unique contextual key-combo to the purpose of moving the player's ACTION BARS to storage! Say, "SHIFT-R". Pretty Please with sugar on it.
