Alcoholic drinks

I noticed all the drinks available are water, milk, tea, and (at very high levels) coffee. It would be interesting to add some fermentation to make alcoholic drinks such as beer and wine, and alcohol could have both positive and negative effects, which maybe certain skills could affect (like a "drunken master" build).
