Add a dedicated Builder NPC ("Architect") to buy building blocks

Enshrouded has an amazing building system, but gathering materials for massive projects can become a tedious chore for creative players.
Please consider adding a dedicated Builder/Architect NPC for the full release.
How it could work:
Progression: The NPC sells building blocks only from biomes the player has already discovered/cleared.
Economy: Blocks can be bought for Gold Coins or exchanged for raw materials (e.g., trading raw stone for specialized blocks).
Perks: This would allow builders to focus on creativity rather than endless grinding, keeping the building community engaged for hundreds of hours.
