Environmental Fire Damage

I would like to see things which are logically flammable — grasses, trees, especially dead trees in the Shroud — be able to be lit on fire by fire damage, which thus far does not seem to be a thing such as I've noticed. It should come with two Damage-Over-Time effects when large areas are burning, for anything within such a zone: Burning (obviously) if you're in the fire, and Smoke when not directly in the fire. Smoke should both do damage and have a timer similar to the diving timer for running out of oxygen and drowning.

The Fell should take added damage from Fire (due to the flammable nature of corpses and bones), but no damage from Smoke (due to the lack of having lungs in the first place). This should (naturally) destroy any resources that are lit on fire - you can't get wood from a burned tree - but it should also cause alternate drops. Trees burned until they fall should leave behind charcoal, for instance. Grasses and underbrush could leave behind the powder equivalent.

This would also be risky for the player, because it's an easier way to gather certain resources, but it might also kill you if you're not careful because fires are prone to spreading.
