Preserve Gem Upgrade Level When Trading / Gifting

If an upgraded gem is traded or gifted to another player, it currently loses its upgrade progress. Upgraded gems should retain all upgrade levels regardless of who owns them. Players invest significant resources into upgrading gems, so losing those upgrades discourages trading and cooperative play.
