Pyreblade effect!

There are several droppable weapons such as Pyreblade (and the equivalent poison version). When used by the NPCs (bandits specifically) these weapons A) have really cool effects and B) are dual-wielded! However, when looted these effects are NOT there! Make the effects persist please! It will make them more likely to be kept by players. As it stands now, when I find one it is almost immediately scrapped for runes. I would be more inclined to keep the weapon if it had at least one of the 2 mentioned effects here.
