Support dedicated servers through steamcmd

Add official support to start dedicated servers using the steamcmd tool, so people can easily manage multiple server instances in a single machine using cli like some other games can.

Dedicated server is, the request is to support through steamcmd by using "app_update 2278520 validate" to download the assets then manage it using CLI.
In Valve's site there's an official list of games that support Dedicated Servers through steamcmd. -

MaxI am pretty sure this is already in the game?
If not I'd use docker containers. Makes it way easier to setup and run dedicated servers
