Navigating the map with controller is slow

It's a very slow process navigating the map with at controller. I would like for the sensitivity to be faster.

The keyboard players would also be able to use this setting.
When panning to home base it's either click and drag or use the movement keys to pan. Unfortunately, however, panning with the keys is really slow.
Having a setting to increase the panning rate would be a godsend!
