Craftable Scrolls

Ability to craft scrolls you can find around the world (excluding some scrolls such as Experience Scrolls) where you can craft scrolls such as Fire Wisp, Shroud Meteor, Prayer of the Flame, Vuukah Sacred Ritual. Adding the ability to craft these scrolls would give the "Paper" more function right now it's only used in a handful of recipes and this would definitely make it have more of a use.
