  I love the cat and dog and feel very emotionally attached to them. Now my cat has gone missing and it's ruining my game play. Some kind of device that would allow us to call pets back - like with the npcs - would make life so much easier.

  I've lost Captain Whiskers and no matter how many times I've spawned back at his home, he is no where to be found. Please make it so Quests like this are re-doable.

  I think it would be beneficial to include them in the summoning staff so that animals can be placed the way the people are and are visible in the lists along with craftspeople, assistants, and villagers. This will also help with visibility with their needs.

  This would be awesome. Ive been thinking the exact same thing. My dog id misdong and i cant locate him anywhere. Im done with pets and most animals because of this.

  It would be cool if you could control their movement radius by distance like the NPCs or by room.

  Maybe we can have a pet upgrade for the summoning staff that makes pets within a certain radius automatically become unstuck and follow you until you stop holding the item. That way you can upgrade it 1 time just to get the effect, or upgrade it 3 times to get max flame altar radius so that every single animal in your base goes to you.

  I would LOVE for there to be a way to "whistle" your pets back to you. This would make a fun quest!
