Life essence skill buff to make it better than just taking constitution points

i feel like life essence is a moot point, why would you spend 5 skills points for 5x int to hp when spending it on just the raw constitution points would give you more.

Maybe buff the perk to 10/15x int to make it a more appealing perk worth the amount of skillpoints

Yes, this makes no sense. Why does this skill take 5 points but give only at max around 100 hp? each point in constitution gives 50hp, so you are getting a fraction of that. Please change this to increase the bonus or reduce the cost to one or two skill points.
