First person for mining would be nice!

I find myself struggling to see where i'm hitting especially on cliffs. it is tedious regardless but this would make a vast improvement i feel

Just have the option to switch between first person and not as a hotkey all the time

When mining ore above, the camera ends in the character. It would be great to have first person while equiped with the pickaxe to actually see what we are mining in this specific configuration :)

From my experience, it happens quite a lot, ore veins often require to mine above the character.

Indeed this would be great as sometimes it gets really annoying when you want to mine something above you and all you see is your character crack :P

Yea this feature would be very nice. If you (Devs) don't want to have first person view enabled everywhere, you can give us the option to enter FP view when you dont move and mine the ore outside the base. Then, when you walk once the camera goes back to TP view
