Overgrowth tool expansion
I love the overgrowth tool and I need more materials for it! Since there's just plain ivy and purple flowers right now, I'd like to see more colour variety (blue, red, yellow, orange, white), maybe a glowing flower version made with the new night blooming plants. Wisteria would look really nice if it's doable with the system, and dead/dry branches and leaves would be great for spooky builds.

Currently the overgrowth doesn't work on roof blocks, even when they are used vertically, I think this is a huge missed opportunity along with terrain blocks. -

Gneissic MergedThe overgrowth (and decay) tools are lovely, but currently cover building materials and not props or terrain. Could they be expanded to cover and apply more materials? Lichen that coats rocks and glows in the dark. Moss (not glow in the dark) could also become a coating for different types. Foliage and Flowers could be expanded to include props for prop built pergolas (for an example).
We have so many amazing materials in the game that could be used to create items like lichen or moss (various mycelium, moss etc). A new flower foliage that could include one of the night blooming flowers would be fantastic to include in builds as well. -

alexisrayfor the Overgrowth tool, I would like to see:
- hanging ivy (to be placed on edges and then hanging down)
- plushy moss, thin layer of thick moss rather than the thick 1 brick
- more colors or types of flowers (eg. the ones that are plantable at the seeds table), monstera plants etc
- dead ivy, just dead brown twigs, hanging and climbing leafless branches
- ice, snow, icicles (hanging ice)
- metals and gems (amber, aquamarine, amethyst, lapis) with a clear distinction from the actually mineable resources)
- seahells, corals, pearly stuff
- glowing materials - the glowing materials from the shroud, including glowing mushrooms and flowers outside the shroud
Some of these unlockable normally, the more special ones I would make unlockable with a quest - eg. you make 1000 daylillies, so Farmer gives you a quest for it.
or when you mine 3000 Amethyst/Aquamarine/Lapis.. you get the option to make the special material from dust and the material itself from Alchemist. -
