Blinding Fog - Environmental Lighting control or adjustment
Can the fog in the shroud be adjusted in the settings? I am having real difficulty seeing, especially with weapons and rings that emit light. or at Fresh shroud spoor pods. It's so thick I can barely see where the fell zombies are, especially at the pods. I am also having to swap to weapons with NO light magic on them to see in the shroud, which negates the whole point of having lighted weapons unless your only using them in unshrouded night or in dungeons.
If you have ever been driving in heavy fog you have to drive with low lights on, or completely off to see. Using high beams the light gets captured by the water vapor and reflects back at you making it harder to see what's in front of you, often blinding you. The amount of particle reflection in the fog, at least from my experience is way to high.
I want to have enough environmental fog to be cautious, but not so much it constantly impairs my vision playing.

Agreed! I don't mind the lovely hazy atmosphere but the bloom against the fog, especially using some rings that create light sources, make it so hard to see I don't feel I can play or properly enjoy the design of the space, which is lovely and I would like to do more delving but as it stands now I just can't. -

GoemoeActually, I don't explore many regions of the shroud due to poor visibility. I think this has been less bad in the beginning, but might be only the quality of graphics settings. You have less issues with this with poorer graphics settings. The higher the settings on my pcs, the less fun I get out of the shroud.
You can adjust the difficulty in so many areas, please add a visibility slider in the shrouds too. It would add so much more fun to the game! -

DScionI am having a real problem with in fog glare from items. I understand torches or items that state they are light emitting but I have rings, weapons and armour that all emit light and create a bright spot around my character. I have enough eye strain, appreciate if this could be addressed some how.

ConvallariaAgreed, I have some vision issues that make seeing in the shroud fog a lot harder. I don't explore the shroud much unless I'm in multiplayer, for this reason.
